Brett Hill is Managing Director of The Health Insurance Group, a position he has held since 2015 following two years as Commercial Director and four years as Sales and Marketing Director. Brett’s career spans nearly 20 years, working in technical and senior management roles with leading insurance companies, including AXA PPP Healthcare, Standard Life Healthcare and Unum.
Brett has been responsible for charting the company’s increasing work in wellbeing and prevention, guiding clients in understanding the relationship between employee's health and business performance.

Derek Orsborn is Finance and Risk Director of Health and Protection Solutions Ltd. Derek joined The Health Insurance Group in 2011. His career in both finance and administration spans 40 years in a variety of industries, from wines to commercial construction and packaging.
As well as overseeing the financial operation and reporting for the businesses, Derek has responsibility for Compliance, HR, property and insurance. Derek ensures that we are a fully compliant, risk controlled and profitable business.

This is a new director
